Material & Construction

Built with a 35mm pile height, 3/8 inch gauge, 15-18 stitches/m and 15750-18900 stitches/m², this 35mm artificial grass for yard delivers a dense, even and realistic surface. The yarn is available in Dtex 8500-12800, tufted onto a PP + Net + SBR backing for strength and fast drainage.

We support comprehensive customization: pile height from 20-61mm, over 100 yarn moulds available, custom colours and roll widths up to 15FT (4.57m), and multiple backing options including PP+NET, 2PP+SBR and 2PP+PU.

Yarn Type & Performance

This turf uses Diamond-Shape Monofilament yarn. The diamond cross-section spreads stress evenly across the blade, giving outstanding wear resistance; the grass silk resists splitting and feels fine and smooth. It is recommended for sports fields, football fields, playgrounds and other high-wear projects.
