A note on terminology first, because it matters for specifiers. The FIFA Quality Programme certifies installed pitch systems — the base, the shockpad and the turf together, tested on site. It does not certify a roll of turf sold on its own. So this page does not claim a FIFA certificate: it claims that this turf is engineered to the requirements of the programme, and that supporting test documentation is available on request.

The build is a 50mm pile at 10,500 tufts/m² with 12,000 Dtex S-shape monofilament on a perforated backing — the specification profile professional and semi-professional pitches are built around, and the base layer of a full infill system. For a certified installation the pitch system as a whole is tested after construction by an accredited test institute, and we supply the turf documentation your installer needs to submit.
