45mm High-Density Artificial Grass – LFL-PG67

LFL-PG67 is the most flexible 45mm turf we manufacture. Its C-shape monofilament can be tufted anywhere between 13,650 and 21,000 tufts/m ², which means the same yarn and the same colour can be built as an economical garden lawn or as a dense commercial surface for hotels, rooftops and municipal green space. If you are a distributor or contractor who needs one 45mm specification that covers several price points without switching suppliers, this is the model to standardise on.

The pile sits at 45mm (±2%) with a Dtex of 9,500–11,000, tufted into a PP + net + SBR latex backing. The C-shape profile traps air between the fibres so the pile recovers after foot traffic, and the SBR latex coating locks the tufts in place for outdoor use in wet and humid climates. Rolls are supplied at 6.5–15 ft widths, so wide areas can be covered with fewer seams.
